In the September edition of our office availability
schedule, it is noted that supply of offices, for the first time
in nearly two years, has reduced. We are still in a tenant orientated
market, however, there are now genuine signs of recovery which, we
anticipate, will continue throughout the remainder of 2004 and certainly
into 2005.
Sarre and Company are pleased to confirm the continued
sponsorship of Jersey's premier triathlete, Paul Clements,
for the 2005 season.
Paul is a dedicated individual, who has decided to
take a year out, to concentrate on training, with a
view to qualifying for the Jersey Team to compete in
the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Paul, over the last few years, has excelled in the
world of Triathlon, including the following:
2000 - 15th in age group at World triathlon Championship
in Perth, Australia.
2000 - 1st in age group at European Championship 2000.
2001 - Won individual Gold at Nat West Island Games
2001
- Won all local triathlons.
2003 - Silver medal at National Age Group Triathlon
Championships.
2003 - 15th in age group at World Triathlon
Championships in, New Zealand.
2003 - Won all local
triathlons
2004 - Won Jersey Ogier International Triathlon
