Julian Roffe FRICS MCI Arb, qualified in London in 1989 at Montagu Evans Chartered Surveyors and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Julian has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in all aspects of work within the Property Industry since coming to Jersey in 1991. Now, as Director and Head of Professional Services, he provides expert advice on strategic Estate Management issues, such as rent reviews, valuations and management.
