Initially, a brief report, valuation and recommendations are produced to identify the investment potential of the completed development, clearly advising the client in early course of the potential viability of the project.

Thereafter, a more detailed report would be produced, to ensure that the full capabilities of the development are explored.

In addition, a general property search would be made of the surrounding land to ascertain whether the site can be further advanced.
