An initial understanding of the specific occupational requirements.    The parameters of potential expansion or contraction over the short and medium term.    Comprehensive research of the marketplace, identifying all potential opportunities.    Initial report and recommendations of entire market availability, within an identified size range.    Identification of and advice on short-listed properties. Viewing of specifically identified properties and obtaining of more detailed information. Focussing in on most suitable opportunity, followed by subsequent negotiations to secure premises. Verification of proposed lease terms, measurement of property and organisation of schedule of agreed condition, if appropriate.
