The mechanics of a Rent Review, together with the services we provide,
are summarised as follows:

Analysis of the lease, market conditions and the provision of an
initial rental valuation with recommendations. |

Verification of the gross or net internal areas. |

Negotiation of the Rent Review, liaising directly with the client
on progress and strategy. |

Providing final advice with reference to settlement,
or referral to Arbitration. |

The checking and finalisation, by way of documenting
the Rent Review memoranda. |

|
If required, proceeding to Third Party Determination by either an
Arbitrator or Independent Expert with submission and counter-submission
preparation and, if required, presentations at oral hearings. |
