To ensure the market is fully researched, it is preferable for instructions to be given at an early stage, in order for the following services to be provided:

  • Production of a schedule of current and potential availability.
  • Arrangement of viewings of suitable properties and provision of advice on each unit viewed.
  • Negotiation of the best possible terms on the most suitable unit.
  • Liason with the client’s legal representatives in order for the efficient and accurate documentation of the agreement.

In situations where a suitable property has already been identified or the lease is to be renewed, the last two tasks will only apply.
