- Negotiation of the best possible terms on the selected unit.
- Production of detailed Heads of Terms.
- Measurement of the premises, where appropriate;
- Liaising with the client’s legal team for efficient and accurate documentation.
Where a client has already identified suitable premises, we are happy to pick up the reigns and negotiate the best possible terms, undertake a measurement exercise, if required, and produce detailed Heads of Terms, in order to instruct lawyers and see the matter through to a conclusion.
