  • Close liaison with the client to identify the specific requirement.
  • Production of a Schedule of Availability.
  • Assessment of all available properties and meeting with the client to identify a shortlist of suitable properties.
  • Arranging viewings of suitable properties and provision of advice on each unit viewed.
  • Negotiation of the best possible terms on the selected unit.
  • Production of detailed Heads of Terms.
  • Measurement of the premises, where appropriate;
  • Liaising with the client’s legal team for efficient and accurate documentation.

Where a client has already identified suitable premises, we are happy to pick up the reigns and negotiate the best possible terms, undertake a measurement exercise, if required, and produce detailed Heads of Terms, in order to instruct lawyers and see the matter through to a conclusion.
